Majority of our products are made to order by human hands. All orders will take 2 to 4 business days before shipping to process. Please keep in mind that during gift giving holidays this could lengthen the processing time to around 7 business days or more due to high volume of sales.

We ship to nearly everywhere in the world. So far, we have shipped jewelry to 49 countries.

All of our products are made to order. All orders will take 2 to 4 business days to process before shipping them out. Orders during any gift giving holiday like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. will take around 7 business days to process before shipping them out. If you live in the USA, no. If you live outside the USA, possibly. All countries vary with custom fees. We do not have control over this. We recommend using this before ordering to check out your duty fees. We do not cover import fees.

If your package shows "delivered" in the tracking but hasn't shown up yet then please wait a few days after the initial delivery date - sometimes it's just a miss scan. Make sure you have given the correct address at checkout. If the package still hasn't shown up, please check with all household members and neighbors. If you still cannot find the package you will need to call your main post office with your tracking information so they can locate the GPS coordinates of your "delivery" scan. If it was at your address, then you may have been a victim of mail theft. You then will need to file a stolen mail report at your post office and also file a police report so they will know there is mail theft in your area. We are not responsible for mail once it shows "delivered." This is now in the hands of the United States Postal Service and their insurance guidelines. 

Keep in mind the customer is responsible for the all information given during checkout. We are is no way of knowing if your information is correct or not. If your order has not been shipped out yet then we can change your address information on your ticket. Just contact our customer support. If your package has already been shipped out and if it is eventually sent back to our studio we will contact you and send an invoice for additional shipping and handling charges.

There are no returns or exchanges on personalized or custom sized items. These are made just for you and nobody else.

On all items that are not customized, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it back to TA headquarters. All items must be in it original and re-sellable condition otherwise it will be rejected for a refund or exchange.

No. That is paid to the United States Postal Service which they do not refund shipping charges even if they lose or damage a package. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. This also includes return shipping.

Yes, please cancel right after you order. Depending on the time of year, your order may start it's crafting stage on the same day of purchase. Once crafting has begun, your order cannot be canceled and will be shipped out on schedule.
